Wellbeing is the foundation for student learning, teacher satisfaction, and mental and physical health. However, what wellbeing looks like differs from community-to-community. We create a unique wellbeing model tailored to your school to report strengths, growth areas, and gaps.

Our audit has four stages:

Goal Setting: A meeting with leadership establishes the context, purpose, and scope.

Model Development: We create a unique wellbeing model for your community.

Data Collection: We gather information from students and school adults using our proprietary survey, modified to suit your wellbeing model. We can also conduct focus groups or interviews with students, families, and staff.

Reporting: We identify themes and offer actionable recommendations to help you create a safe, supportive, and predictable learning environment for your entire school community.
