What drives my work?
Inspired by experiences as a student, educator, and advocate for public schools in South Texas and Washington State, I have made it my life’s work to support school and community leaders work toward fair and equitable access to resources and opportunities for every student in every community.
What is my experience?
I have 30 years of experience in strategy development and implementation, leadership and project management, facilitation and consensus-building, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. I have served as an educator, nonprofit leader, consultant, and grant-maker in education.
What is my education?
I hold an MBA from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, a Master of Education from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in English from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
